Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 peach(s)
  • 1 liter of schnapps (grain)
  • 200 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the peaches and cut them into pieces. Combine all ingredients in a container. Let stand for 7 weeks in a warm, but not sunny, place. Shake occasionally to dissolve the sugar. Strain and bottle. Let it ripen for another 2-3 months before serving.
