Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 125 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 200 g sugar
  • 100 g almonds, sliced
  • 4 egg whites
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 2 packs of cream stiffener
  • Fruits, e.g. pineapple, peach, tangerines

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Knead the dough ingredients together. Spread the dough with a knife onto two greased springform pans. Beat the egg whites until stiff, add the sugar, and spread both on the bases. Sprinkle with the almonds. Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes, then let cool. Cut one base into 12 cake slices. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener and carefully mix in the fruit. Spread the fruit cream evenly over the base and place the 12 slices on top.
