Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 125 g sugar or honey
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 4 m.-sized eggs
  • 3 tbsp milk or cream
  • 130 g butter or margarine
  • 3 m.-sized apples
  • 100 g blueberries
  • 5 drops of rum flavoring or bitter almond oil

The special thing about this recipe is that it doesn’t need a long description: Simply make a smooth batter from all the ingredients (except the blueberries and apples) and pour it into a springform pan. Wash the blueberries and apples, quarter them, core them, and score the backs. Then spread the blueberries and apples on the batter. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 40 minutes until golden brown.
