Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cake base (shortcrust crust)
- 500 g quark
- ½ liter cream
- 100 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 5 tsp gelatin
- 1 can/n tangerine(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 30 minutes
Place the base in a ring mold. Whip the cream. Heat the gelatin, sugar, and mandarin orange juice until the gelatin dissolves. Then mix with the quark, eggs, and mandarin oranges. Carefully fold in the cream. Pour into the mold and refrigerate until stiff.
