Peach-Limes

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 650 g peach(s)
  • 300 ml vodka
  • 200 ml water
  • 250 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Fruit liqueur

Heat the water and sugar in a saucepan until the sugar has dissolved. Let the sugar water cool. Pit and peel the peaches. Purée the peaches very finely in a blender or with an immersion blender. Mix the vodka, lemon juice, and pureed peaches in the sugar water. Bottle the peach-lime liqueur. This yields approximately 1-1.5 liters. The liqueur tastes better after it has been allowed to sit for a few days. Please keep refrigerated. It keeps for several months in my case.
