Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g pasta, cooked, even from the day before
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 cm ginger root
  • 1 small bell pepper(s)
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 small chicken breast, fried
  • 1 pack of coffee cream or sweet cream
  • 2 tsp curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Pasta and vegetables

Sauté the finely chopped onion and garlic. Finely slice the remaining vegetables and grate the ginger. Add them and fry briefly over high heat. Add the chopped chicken. Deglaze with the cream. Season with pepper, curry, and salt. Add the noodles and mix thoroughly. Reduce to the desired consistency and season to taste before serving. If stored properly, the dish also tastes great cold as a pasta salad the next day.
