Ingredients for 12 servings:
- ½ liter cream
- 4 packs of cream stiffener
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 2 cups of yogurt (low-fat yogurt)
- 5 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 can/n tangerine(s)
- 1 cake base
- Chocolate decoration (chocolate sprinkles) or
- Cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Whip the cream with the cream stiffener and vanilla sugar until stiff. Mix the yogurt with the lemon juice and sugar; stir in the cream and add the drained mandarin oranges (you can use one more can!). Place the mixture on a cake base and garnish with chocolate sprinkles or cinnamon (to taste).
