Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cake base
- 2 cans of peaches
- ¼ liter passion fruit juice
- 2 cups of cream
- 1 bag(s) sauce powder (vanilla), for mixing
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Drain the peaches and spread them on the cake base. Whip the cream and spread it over the fruit. Mix the vanilla sauce powder with just 1/4 liter of passion fruit juice. After mixing, immediately pour the mixture over the center of the cream, leaving a 1 cm wide border. Then refrigerate the cake until ready to serve. It’s important to remember that the vanilla sauce should only be mixed with half the originally specified amount of liquid, so that the mixture is initially viscous and then immediately sets (like a cake glaze). Tip: You can also use other fruits and other juices to match the fruit (e.g., strawberries + strawberry / kiwi juice).
