Marzipan waffles

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g marzipan
  • 300 ml milk (1.5% fat)
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 200 g flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the marzipan into small pieces and dissolve them in the milk. Blend with a food processor if necessary. Add the eggs, salt, and sugar immediately and beat until light and fluffy. Then stir in the flour thoroughly with a mixer. Bake in the waffle iron until light brown.
