Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 50 g margarine (low-fat)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk (0.3% fat)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine flour and baking powder, add margarine, sugar, egg, and 1 tablespoon of milk, and knead into a smooth dough (add more milk if necessary). Roll out and cut out shapes as desired. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 10 minutes, then decorate (e.g., with lemon glaze or jam). Total nutritional value: approx. 1518 kcal; 29 g fat –> 17.19% fat content
