Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 100 g jam (wild berry or other variety)
- 375 g flour
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Then mix in the jam and flour. Line a baking sheet with paper and place small heaps of the mixture onto the sheet using a teaspoon. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 180°C for about 10 minutes.
