Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 800 g Vienna sausages or poultry sausages
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil or olive oil
- 2 medium-sized onions, finely diced
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 200 ml vegetable broth or meat stock
- 300 g vegetables, frozen
- 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed (tetra pack), approx. 500 g
- 800 g ready-made tortelloni with spinach filling
- e.g. salt and pepper
- 4 tbsp cheese, grated (e.g. Parmesan)
- n. B. Basil for garnishing
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Super fast on the table – lightning menu from one pot
Cut the sausages into thick slices and the onion into fine dice. Drizzle the onions with honey and fry them with the sausage in oil. Sauté the tomato paste and deglaze with the broth. Add the passata and frozen vegetables. Cook the finished tortelloni according to the instructions and add them to the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with grated cheese and garnish with a few torn basil leaves. Serve in the pan.
