Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g gnocchi or pasta, cooked
- 1 large tomato(s)
- ½ mozzarella (or other cheese)
- 50 g cooked ham or cooked chicken breast
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp butter
- basil
- 1 garlic clove(s) or garlic powder
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Leftovers, also with cooked pasta instead of gnocchi
Brown the pasta or gnocchi and the sliced ham in a little butter. Add the sliced tomatoes, season with sugar, basil, pepper, salt, and garlic. Finally, melt the cheese on top.
