Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g butter
- 125 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 200 g oat flakes
- 2 tbsp flour
- 100 g couverture or other chocolate, chopped
- some flour for the fork
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Beat the butter with sugar, eggs, and vanilla sugar for a few minutes. Combine the oats with the flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, and chopped chocolate coating. Add this mixture to the butter mixture and stir in. Form the dough into small balls (approx. 2 cm in diameter), place them on a baking sheet, and lightly flatten with a floured fork. Do not place the balls too close together (one sheet contains 12 balls), as they will spread. Bake for approximately 10-12 minutes, until the edges are lightly browned. This makes enough for approximately 4 baking sheets.
