Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 60 g cornstarch (e.g. Gustin)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 125 g butter
- 100 g chocolate (dark), grated
- 1 pinch(s) lemon peel
- 20 g cocoa powder (not instant powder)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
enough for about 20 pieces
Knead all ingredients into a smooth dough. Form it into a roll about 3 cm in diameter. Cut the roll into even slices and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 12 minutes.
