Ribbon pasta with mushroom cream sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g tagliatelle pasta
  • salt water
  • 250 g cream
  • 1 jar mushrooms, drained
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • some vegetable broth, instant
  • some paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the tagliatelle in salted water. Meanwhile, sauté the onion with the mushrooms and season with salt and pepper. Then heat the cream in a saucepan and season with salt and pepper, a little vegetable stock, and paprika. Bring to a boil briefly and add to the mushrooms. Drain the pasta and serve with the sauce.
