simple, fast, cheap and delicious

Heat water in a large pot for the spaghetti. Meanwhile, slice the fresh mushrooms not too thinly and chop one onion roughly. Fry both together with the oil in a small pot over medium heat until the spaghetti is “al dente.” Then remove the small pot from the heat and add the herb curd. Fill the empty herb curd bowl 2/3 to 3/4 full with hot water and add this to the pot. Stir until a smooth sauce forms. Season with salt. It is important not to reheat the sauce after preparation, as otherwise it will start to clump. This dish contains approximately 600 kcal per serving.
