Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g butter
- 80 g sugar
- 80 g brown sugar
- 2 pinches of cinnamon
- 1 vanilla pod(s)
- 1 egg(s), class M
- 180 g flour
- 2 pinches of ammonium bicarbonate
- 120 g nuts, roasted, coarsely chopped
- 200 g chocolate decoration (drops)

Cream soft butter with sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla until fluffy. Add the egg. Sift the flour with baking powder and mix with the nuts and chocolate chips. Stir the dry ingredients into the butter mixture. Place small, even heaping spoonfuls on baking paper. Place 10 cookies on a baking sheet, allowing them to spread. Bake at 180°C for about 10 minutes until light brown. Store in a tin. For flat pastries, baking powder is preferable to baking powder.
