Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 iceberg lettuce
- 5 large potatoes
- 1 onion(s)
- some milk, warm
- some butter
- Salt
- pepper
- nutmeg
- Vinegar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Cut the peeled potatoes into small pieces and cook in salted water. Mash the cooked potatoes with warm milk and a little butter. Wash the iceberg lettuce and cut into strips. Dice the onion. Add both ingredients to the mashed potatoes. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and vinegar. Serve with fried black pudding.
