For Halloween they become spider buns

Mix the flour with baking powder, salt, and sugar in a bowl. In another bowl, mix the low-fat quark with oil and milk. Knead everything together, then knead in the fried onions, grated cheese, and diced ham and salami. Now dust your hands with flour and form them into small ping-pong ball-sized balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes until light brown. Halloween tip: To make the spider rolls, break the pretzel sticks into approximately 5 cm long pieces and place 6 of them into each baked roll (arranged like spider legs). These are the spider rolls.
