  • 12 slices of cheese
  • 2 rolls of dough
  • 1 egg(s)

Preheat the oven. Follow the temperature instructions on the puff pastry package. Place a puff pastry roll on a baking sheet. Roll each sausage in a slice of cheese and place it on the pastry, leaving a little space between them. Place the second puff pastry roll on top of the wrapped sausages. Press down firmly, especially in the gaps. If necessary, separate them with a pastry wheel or a knife. Beat the egg and brush it over the puff pastry. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, until the puff pastry is golden brown. Tip: Made with small party sausages, this makes a great snack for any party!
