Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 sponge cake – light base
  • 12 chocolate kisses
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 2 cups sweet cream, whipped
  • 1 medium-sized lemon(s), juice
  • possibly chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

tastes good even to the little ones

Remove the bottoms from the kisses and set aside. Mix the rest with the quark, whipped cream, and lemon juice and spread it on the sponge cake base. Decorate with the kisses and chocolate sprinkles. This will be a hit with adults, too.
