Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g quark (cottage cheese)
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp semolina
  • 6 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 250 g chopped ham
  • lots of herbs, chopped (e.g. 8-herb mixture, frozen)
  • Salt
  • n. B. Oil for frying
  • possibly breadcrumbs for rolling

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

light summer meal for the whole family

Mix all ingredients thoroughly with a spoon. Let it set slightly. Form the mixture into patties and fry in oil until dark golden brown. If you prefer the patties crispier, you can roll them in breadcrumbs first. Serve with a fresh green salad. Kids also like ketchup.
