Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 scoop of ice cream (vanilla ice cream)
  • 1 cup of espresso, freshly brewed
  • 2 tsp Amaretto
  • 3 biscuits (Amarettini)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Pour the vanilla ice cream into a glass. Roughly crumble the amaretti biscuits and sprinkle them over the ice cream. Pour in the liqueur. Top with the coffee. Serve immediately!
