- 100 g powdered sugar
- 2 tsp, heaped cinnamon
- 15 ml water, hot, approx.
Instructions

Icing for cakes and pastries
Mix together the powdered sugar and cinnamon. Gradually stir in the hot water and immediately spread the glaze over the cake.
