Almond cookies with oat flakes

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 75 g almond(s), chopped
  • ½ vanilla pod(s), scraped
  • 125 g oat flakes, fine
  • 60 g flour (wheat flour)
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cream the butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla bean pulp until fluffy, then add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Preheat oven (200°C, fan oven 170°C). Place two teaspoonfuls of the cookies onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper, leaving plenty of space between them, as they will spread considerably. Bake for about 15 minutes, until they are very light brown.
