Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cake base
  • 2 packs of After Eight confectionery (400g total)
  • ¾ liter cream
  • 4 packs of cream stiffener
  • 100 ml cream
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • Mint for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Boil all but 8 After Eight bars with the cream and chill overnight. The next day, whip the After Eight cream with cream stiffener. Spread the mixture lightly domed over the cake base. Whip 100 ml of cream until stiff and fill a piping bag with a star nozzle. Decorate the cake with cream bows, garnish with the remaining After Eight bars and mint leaves. Dust the cake with cocoa powder and serve well chilled.
