Green ribbon noodles with herbed mushrooms

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g tagliatelle, green
  • 120 g herb butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 bunch spring onions, sliced
  • 750 g mushrooms, quartered
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the tagliatelle pasta until al dente. Meanwhile, sauté the garlic and spring onions in the melted herb butter for 3-4 minutes. Add the mushrooms and cook over high heat for about 5 minutes. Season generously with salt and pepper and stir into the pasta.
