Vegetable noodle pan with Vienna sausages

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (wholemeal pasta)
  • 1 pack of vegetables (buttered vegetables), frozen
  • 8 sausages (Vienna sausages) approx. 400 g
  • 250 ml sauce, light
  • 250 ml sauce with herbs (herb sauce)
  • 2 small processed cheese wedges (herb processed cheese)
  • 1 tbsp oil, for frying
  • 500 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

quick and tasty

Cook the whole-wheat pasta in plenty of water until al dente. Meanwhile, slice the wieners and fry them vigorously in a pan with the oil. Remove the sausage slices from the pan and drain any excess oil. Pour the sauces into the hot pan, warm them up, and add the cheese wedges. Once the cheese has melted, add the vegetables and cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Drain the pasta and add them to the pan along with the wieners. Toss well with the vegetable sauce mixture and let stand for a few minutes.
