Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 300 g seafood, frozen
  • 100 g shrimp tails, frozen
  • 100 g shrimp(s), frozen
  • 200 ml white wine
  • 200 g crème fraîche with herbs
  • 100 ml sweet cream
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • salt and pepper
  • basil
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • ketchup
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Thaw the frozen seafood or defrost it in the microwave. Cook the spaghetti until al dente. Finely chop or chop the onion. Heat the olive oil in a deep pan or wok and fry the onions until translucent. Press in the garlic cloves. Add the wine, then stir in the crème fraîche and cream and bring to a boil. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and basil, season to taste, and simmer until the sauce thickens. Then add the seafood and heat for about 3-5 minutes. Stir in three generous dashes of tomato ketchup. Then fold in the spaghetti, heat until hot, and serve. Add a fresh baguette, and you have a great meal. The garlic flavor is very subtle, but still very noticeable in your mouth after eating, so you might want to use only three cloves—it’s a matter of taste.
