Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter (not margarine)
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 250 g cornstarch
  • 100 g flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cream the butter with the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Then gradually stir in the flour and cornstarch. Form the dough into small balls (approx. 1.5 cm in diameter) and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, not too close together, as they will expand. Flatten the balls slightly with a fork and bake at approximately 170°C for 10-20 minutes (depending on the oven) until golden brown.
