Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g butter
- 5 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 200 g hazelnuts, ground
- 100 g chocolate sprinkles
- 1 pack of lemon peel (Citroback)
- 200 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 pack of cake icing
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Beat the butter and eggs until fluffy, then gradually add the sugar, hazelnuts, chocolate sprinkles, and Citroback. Finally, add the flour and baking powder. Bake in a loaf pan for 45 minutes at 180°C. Once cooled, cover with chocolate icing.
