Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g pasta of your choice
- salt water
- ½ bell pepper(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 small carrot(s)
- 1 handful of cocktail tomatoes
- ½ chili pepper(s)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 50 ml Cremefine for cooking or cream
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, hot and sweet
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
light and creamy
Cook the pasta in salted water and drain. Meanwhile, dice the onion, bell pepper, carrot, and chili pepper. First, fry the diced onion in oil. Then add the diced bell pepper, chili, and carrot. Fry the tomatoes whole just before adding the pasta. Then add the pasta and fry until lightly browned. To neutralize the chili, add the crème fraîche or cream. Season to taste and serve. If you like, you can stir in some herbs or even fry some meat just before serving (but this would have to be fried before the onions).
