Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g Spätzle from the refrigerated section
- 200g salami
- 300 g cream
- 2 tsp vegetable broth, clear, instant
- butter
- some parsley, if desired
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cut the salami into small cubes. Sear in a non-stick pan without any fat. Remove the salami from the pan, leaving the rendered fat in the pan. Fry the spaetzle in the same pan until golden brown. Add the cream and thin with clear vegetable stock, then simmer. Then add the salami again and let the cream reduce. You can also garnish the dish with some parsley or add a little extra flavor.
