Creamy Gnocchi – Pan

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g gnocchi, fresh from the refrigerated section
  • 400 g leek, cut into rings
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 1 medium-sized onion(s), diced
  • 100 ml cream
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Sauté the leek in a little water until tender. Add the mushrooms and heat through. In a pan, fry the diced onion in a little oil until translucent. Add the gnocchi and fry until golden brown. Then add the leek and mushrooms and mix well. Pour in the cream, let the sauce reduce briefly, and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
