Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 tbsp flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 ml milk
  • 150 g blueberries
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Cinnamon
  • Sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the flour with the eggs, milk, and a pinch of salt. Pour the batter into a heatproof (round) dish, about a finger’s thickness thick. Sprinkle with the blackberries, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, and bake at 220°C on medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes, or until the tart is golden brown.
