simple, inexpensive, quick and delicious

Cook the spaghetti in salted water. Cut the sausage into small pieces and fry in hot oil until browned. Dissolve the stock cubes in a large cup (coffee mug) with hot water. Deglaze the sausage with 3/4 of the stock. Allow the stock to absorb and fry briefly again until the sausage is nice and crispy. Then add the cooked pasta and the remaining stock. Lightly fry everything and let it simmer for about 5 minutes. Add more salt if desired. You can also fry it in a pan, but the sausage quickly sticks to the bottom. For a slightly lighter version, you can also use poultry sausage. Serve with salad.
