Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 large meat sausage
- 400 g spirals
- 2 large onions
- Rapeseed oil
- curry powder
- herbal salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the pasta according to the instructions. Dice the sausage and fry in oil until crispy. Roughly chop the onions and fry them as well. When the onions are browned, add the spirelli. Season with curry and herb salt. Serve with freshly grated Gouda or Emmental cheese.
