Chocolate-nut croissants

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of dough (Danish pastry)
  • 100 g nuts, chopped
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • Chocolate, some pieces
  • 1 m.-sized eggs
  • some milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with Danish pastry, easy and quick

Preheat oven to 190°C (fan oven). Roll out triangles from the pastry. Whisk the egg with the milk. Mix the nuts with the brown sugar and place a teaspoon of it in the center of the triangles. Then place a piece of chocolate in the center of each triangle and roll it into a crescent. Brush the crescents with the egg wash and sprinkle with the nut-sugar mixture. Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool.
