Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 250 g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 drops of bitter almond flavor
- 150 g fat
- 2 eggs
- 500 g fruit, fresh or steamed (can be more)

Fast, easy and always good
Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and almond oil in a bowl and sprinkle the butter in small pieces over the butter. Then pour the beaten eggs over the butter and form crumbles with your hands. Crumble half into a greased springform pan, place the prepared fruit on top, and spread the rest of the crumbles over the top. Bake at 190-200°C for 34-40 minutes.
