Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 stalk(s) leeks
- 1 jar roasted peppers (400g)
- some salt
- some cayenne pepper
- some sweet paprika powder
- 1 can tomato(s) (Pizza tomatoes)
- 200 g cream
- some parsley, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Brown the minced meat in oil until crumbly. Peel and dice the garlic, and add it. Clean the leek, halve it lengthwise, and cut it into half rings. Drain the bell peppers and cut them into strips. Add both to the minced meat and fry. Add the pizza tomatoes and cream; if desired, you can also add a splash of wine. Simmer everything for about 5 minutes. Remove from the pan and sprinkle with parsley. Pasta, rice, or potatoes are the ideal accompaniment to this hash.
