Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g pasta
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 50 g bacon, diced
  • 1 tsp cream (tomato cream) or 0.5 tsp paprika cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup peas, frozen
  • Fat for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Quick dish with peas and eggs

Cook the pasta in salted water and drain. Then fry it in a pan. Mix the sour cream with the tomato cream, pour over the pasta, and stir in. Add the bacon, peas, and eggs and fry briefly.
