Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g Leberkäse
- 2 tsp, heaped pesto verde
- 200 g whipped cream
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cut the Leberkäse into cubes approximately 1.5 x 1.5 cm and fry in a pan with sunflower oil until lightly browned. Add the pesto verde and whipped cream and stir. Bring to a gentle boil, and you’re done. I like to serve it with fried potato wedges seasoned with paprika and salt. French fries from the frozen section also work, but they don’t taste as good.
