Fettuccine all' Alfredo à la Gabi

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g pasta (fettuccine)
  • 100 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 60 g ham, cooked, cut into strips
  • 2 cl grappa
  • 250 ml cream
  • butter
  • Parmesan, grated
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the fettuccine in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain. Meanwhile, clean and slice the mushrooms. Brown the ham strips with the mushroom slices in butter, deglaze with grappa, and simmer briefly with the cream. Add the fettuccine, mix briefly, and serve with Parmesan cheese.
