Banana cookies

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 bananas, overripe
  • 50 g butter
  • 150 g oat flakes, fine
  • 100 g wheat flour type 405
  • possibly water if needed

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

for the utilization of overripe bananas

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Peel and mash the bananas, then mix them with the remaining ingredients in a suitable bowl. This works best with the whisk attachment of a hand mixer. If the dough is too dry, add a little water. Form the mixture into walnut-sized balls with your hands and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Then flatten the cookies. The dough won’t spread, so you can leave them close together. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
