Ingredients for 14 servings:

  • 100 g oat flakes
  • 2 tsp, heaped sesame seeds
  • 50 g peanuts
  • 2 tsp, heaped chia seeds
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 80 g raspberries, frozen
  • 4 tsp, heaped quinoa pops
  • 2 tsp, heaped amaranth, puffed
  • 4 tsp, heaped kernels
  • 4 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 rice cake(s)
  • 2 tsp, heaped nut butter
  • possibly dark chocolate, melted

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

healthy and simple

Combine the oats, sesame seeds, peanuts, chia seeds, banana, raspberries (briefly defrost in the microwave), quinoa, amaranth, seeds, agave syrup, crushed rice cake, and nut butter in a bowl. Shape the mixture into 14 bars, using a special bar mold for best results. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for 20 minutes using conventional oven heating. Let cool, then cover the bars whole or in strips with chocolate. For 14 bars, one bar has approximately 70 kcal.
