Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 350 g flour
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 175 ml water
  • 4 tbsp tomato paste
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tomato(s), fresh
  • 2 tbsp thyme
  • 125g mozzarella
  • 250 g feta cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 150 g ham
  • 100 g pine nuts
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Knead the flour with yeast and water. Cover and let rise for about 30 minutes. Roll out thinly on a baking sheet. Purée the tomato paste, onion, garlic, and tomato with an immersion blender. Stir in 2 tablespoons of thyme and season generously with salt and pepper. Spread the tomato puree evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough. Coarsely grate the mozzarella and crumble the feta cheese. Mix both cheeses and sprinkle over the pizza. Slice the garlic and zucchini using a vegetable slicer. Arrange on the pizza along with the diced ham and pine nuts. Preheat the oven to 250°C. Bake the pizza for 10-15 minutes, until the edges are browned.
