delicious

Put the flour in a bowl and make a well in the middle. Crumble in the yeast and pour in the lukewarm water. Stir the yeast gently with a fork to incorporate some of the flour. Let it stand for 10 minutes, then add the remaining flour, a pinch of salt, and the oil. Knead well. Do not let the dough rise; use it immediately. Roll out the dough thinly and spread the pizza sauce on it, then arrange the salmon on top. Thinly slice the onion and sprinkle it on the salmon, then add the cheese and a little pizza seasoning. We use a pizza stone. With top and bottom heat at 230°C, the pizza is usually ready after 10 minutes. Finally, drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
