Make a dough from flour, sugar, butter, egg and baking powder and let it rest in the fridge for half an hour. Drizzle 70g of raisins (more if you like!) with 3 tablespoons of rum. Peel and core 13 tart apples. Place the dough in a greased springform pan and pull up a rim about 3cm high. Now place the apples in the pan and fill with the raisins and nut-sized pieces of marzipan. Mix 1 packet of vanilla pudding with 125g of sweet cream. Heat another 625g of sweet cream with 200g of sugar and cook the mixed vanilla pudding in it until cooked through. Pour this mixture over the apples. Preheat oven to 180°C. Baking time: 75 minutes. After about 50 minutes, sprinkle 80g of flaked almonds on the cake and finish baking.
