Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 375 g sugar
- 5 eggs
- 125 g hazelnuts, ground
- 1 tbsp rum
- 1 cup of cold coffee
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 250 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
For 12 pieces
Combine all ingredients and mix with a hand mixer for a few minutes until combined. Pour into a baking dish. Bake at 150-180 degrees Celsius (300-350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 60 minutes (use a toothpick to check if it’s cooked through). Tip: If desired, you can also add a little grated nutmeg and a pinch of clove powder to the batter.
